SureStart's New Yoga Classes

SureStart Erewash is now running Yoga classes.  Families are being encouraged to take part to control stress and keep fit.  The classes, which commenced on 2nd October, will be held until Christmas at Beauvale Drive Children's Centre in Cotmanhay.  The new classes are being staged after a successful series of sample sessions held during the Summer.  To take part, children must be over eight and accompanied by an adult.  For more information, call 0115 909 8200
