Local Governor Celebrating 30 Years Of Duty
A governor at a Draycott school is celebrating 30 years of duty. Val Clare began work at Draycott Primary in 1979 when the school had outside toilets and far more traditional teaching resources. Today, the school has state of the art computers, interactive whiteboards, refurbished library and an outdoor conservation area. Mrs Clare, who is also a borough councillor, was guest of honour at a party organised by school staff.
