New Signs By Morley Parish Council

Morley Parish Council are to install signs indicating the location of the local verge reserve on Church Lane after receiving £120.00 from a county council grants scheme.   The parish council cash came as part of a £1,109 handout from the Derbyshire Greenwatch Action Grants Scheme which also benefited other community initiatives across the borough including West Hallam and another in Stanley..

Coffee Morning By Morley Evergreen

Morley Evergreen are holding a Coffee Morning at St. Phillips Church Hall, Taddington Road, Chaddesden, Derby on Saturday 20th March from 10:00am to 1:00pm.  A variety of refreshments will be on offer, along with a cake stall, book stall, tombola, bric-a-brac, a raffle and much more.  Children are welcome to come along and make an Easter Bonnet.  All funds raised from this event will go towards the costs of the Morley Evergreen Day Trip.
