Railway Station Car Park: Restricted Spaces - January 23rd for 20 weeks
Work to install new passenger lifts to the platforms at Long Eaton Railway Station means 1/3rd of the 150 car parking spaces are unavailable whilst space is used by contractors. Spaces are therefore limited during most weekdays.
Pedestrians may also experience disruption on footpaths and platforms whilst work is carried out.

Long Eaton
College Street closed for resurfacing. Several bus services affected. Buses to the Market Place and beyond are travelling along Newstead Road and Wellington Street to Briar Gate, Sandiacre & beyond along Derby Road and Petersham Road. Until 3rd February.
B6540 Tamworth Road: multi-way signals in use near the Church during electricity maintenance works. Until 7th February.
Gladstone Street, Long Eaton: Central Networks – footway trenches and in the road for new supplies. 2-way signals in use Until 10th February.

Nottingham/A453/M1 Jct 24
Ongoing roadworks affecting the entire length of the A453 from Nottingham - increased traffic volumes at M1 Jct 24 from Kegworth to Crusader Island. Both Northbound & Soundbound carriageways are closed overnight for resurfacing works. Until February 18th
