Fibro Active, which is based in Long Eaton has set up 'Tai chi for Arthritis Part 2' classes.
The sessions start from Tuesday 26th April 2022 from 9.30am at Petersham Community Hall and from Thursday 28th April at 11.15am at St Giles’ Church Hall, Sandiacre.
