ManKind Initiative is a support charity for men and boys who are victims of domestic abuse.

It runs a confidential helpline to give practical advice and emotional support and information to male victims and also welcomes enquiries from concerned individuals such as anxious relatives, friends or work colleagues of men they think might be abused in their own home.  The helpline number is 01823 334244, weekdays 10am – 4pm.  This national resource relies entirely on public donations for funding so any help and assistance is gratefully appreciated.

Additionally, one survivor, Clive Lever, a patron of ManKind Initiative, has written and performed a fundraising song to encourage male victims of domestic abuse that they are not alone and there is help available to assist them.  The song is called “You’re Not Alone” and is available to download at www.tiny.cc/yna for the price of a donation to ManKind Initiative’s helpline using the same web page.
