Healthwatch Derbyshire are looking for feedback from people who are waiting for treatment or an appointment at a hospital. This is potentially an issue for a lot of people. Many treatments and operations have been delayed or cancelled during the pandemic.
Healthwatch would like to know if people are getting the right advice and support during this time. A survey has been set up to gather information to see if people are getting the advice and information so they are able to ‘wait well’ for their treatment or operation. If you can input the survey under Healthwatch Derbyshire, individual themes or trends can then be identified for the Derbyshire area specifically.
