The NHS 'soup and shake' diet that was trialled with diabetes patients in Derbyshire is now being rolled-out to thousands more people across England. GP Kriss Owen from Ilkeston's Littlewick Medical Centre explained to Paul Stacey how the diet can improve and reverse type 2 diabetes, whilst patient Karen shared her story of starting on the plan with the support available.
