Over 50s are being invited to take part in 'Walking Football' here in Erewash.

Golden Years Boccia is being hosted in Ilkeston!  Boccia is a seated game where coloured balls are propelled towards a white jack. 

Following a grant of £63,000 from the Lawn Tennis Association, four of the outdoor courts have been completely reconstructed to full LTA standard and now Stanton Tennis Club, who play their winter tennis at the indoor court at the sports park, have made the venue their home for the club in addition to giving some access to the public.

Boccia is a type of bowls played from a sitting position. 

Long Eaton Park Croquet Club welcome the young and old to join them in regular games including as many as 16 people at dates and times to suit the needs of visiting groups.

Ilkeston Outlaws Basketball Club are based at the Cavendish Centre, Ilkeston.

Dell Badminton Club is seeking new members.  The group meets every Wednesday at West Hallam Community Centre, Station Road, from 8:00pm-10:00pm.  For more details, just turn up at the Centre and ask to speak with club secretary Sue Selby.
