Golden Years Boccia is being hosted in Ilkeston! Boccia is a seated game where coloured balls are propelled towards a white jack.
This session will be for the over 60s, as well as getting together with like minded people, you'll get a cup of tea or coffee and an optional free health check. Keep your mind and body active and join in! Why not share this information with someone who might benefit from taking part?
The sessions started on 26th September 2013 and run from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at St Thomas' Church Hall, opposite the Littlewick Health Centre and cost just £2 per person.
