Free, practical advice to help customers make smarter energy choices

National Grid Electricity Distribution has teamed up with the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) to offer households free, independent advice through an easy-to-use online tool designed to help them make informed energy decisions this winter.

The Energy Choices Tool gives personalised recommendations based on each customer’s home, lifestyle and budget, with clear guidance on benefits, costs and practical next steps for each option.

With just a few clicks, customers can access practical and actionable tips to manage energy use more effectively and feel confident about their choices.
