Hello, Lovely! When was the last time you paused, stepped away from the daily hustle, and just did something entirely for yourself?

We invite you to lace up your comfiest shoes and join us for a beautifully relaxing morning walk. This isn’t a race or a strenuous workout—it’s a gentle 2 to 3-mile stroll designed to help you recharge your battery in the beauty of nature. Bring a pair of comfy shoes sensible for walking, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a jacket just in case the British weather surprises us!

Whether you want to share a laugh, find a listening ear, or simply enjoy the quiet rustle of the trees, this walk is your space to just be.

No need to pre-book or worry if you’re coming alone—you will be warmly welcomed from the moment you arrive. We’ll meet right outside the Cotmanhay Children’s Centre at 9:30 AM.
