Each year there are 20,000 electrical fires in UK homes. Most are caused by electrical products through misuse, unnoticed damage, and low-quality items. ALB Group purchased Bridge Mills in Derby Road, Long Eaton in 2021 with a view to transforming the three-storey, former lace factory into residential development.
