Erewash Canal Autumn Litter Pick – Friday 11th/Saturday 12th September

Members of the Erewash Canal Association are looking for volunteers to assist with an Autumn Litter pick along the Erewash Canal on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September from 9;30am.

On Friday 11th, you’ll be working alongside crew from the association who will be aboard their working boat ‘Pentland’ between Langley Mill and Sandiacre, then on Saturday 12th in the opposite direction.

Canoeists and paddle boarders are welcome, as well as walkers and anyone else who can lend a hand to help keep a cleaner, healthier canal and a brighter future.

You can meet at any point along the canal, with work continuing until energy runs out!
