Are you ready to take your first steps toward a healthier, more active lifestyle? Look no further! The Long Eaton Running Club’s Couch to 5K programme is here to guide you from the couch to running 5K in just 9 weeks.

What’s in it for you?

– Beginner-Friendly: Whether you’re a complete newbie or just a bit rusty, our friendly team of running enthusiasts will support you every step of the way.

– All Ages and Abilities: No matter your age or fitness level, you’re welcome! We believe running is for everyone. 12-18 year olds must be accompanied by a participating adult and they stay together in the sessions.

– Expert Guidance: Led by experienced Leaders in Running Fitness, we’ll provide expert advice, warm-ups, cool-downs, and answer any questions you have.

Details:
Start Dates: Week 1: Monday 19th January 2026 or Week 2: Monday 26th January 2026

Time: 6:20pm for registration. Session starts at 6.30pm.

Location: Meet at the Butterfly gates at West Park Leisure Centre car park, Long Eaton

Remember, there are no expectations, just determination and progress. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve! So, grab your bright exercising gear, invite a friend, and let’s make this winter one to remember.
