The Long Eaton Natural History Society are holding another of their popular Wildlife Walks on Saturday 13th June at Stoney Clouds Local Nature Reserve, with the chance to take part in moth trappings.
To take part, meet at the site at St Giles Park, Stanton Road, Sandiacre. NG10 5EE, with a ‘light on’ time of 9:45pm, led by Marion Bryce. Please call 07754 851290 to check that this event is going ahead.
LENS Membership costs £25 per year for all events, except those defined as ‘specials’. All LENS Wildlife Walks cost £15 per year, otherwise, the cost is £2.50 per event. Participants in walks are encouraged to wear waterproof clothing and footwear as they are often on muddy or uneven ground, and in the event of uncertainty over the weather, to check that any event is going ahead. Please note that photographs taken on LENS Wildlife Walks may be posted on the LENS Facebook page.
