Live Stronger for Longer in Kirk Hallam

‘Live Stronger for Longer’ sessions offer strength and balance exercises in a fun, friendly class which can help maintain mobility and independence.

Sessions are held on Wednesdays at the Kirk Hallam Community Centre on Kenilworth Drive between 9:30am and 10:15am and are run by Age UK Derby and Derbyshire.
