On Monday 27th April, the Long Eaton & District Natural History Society will hold another of its Wildlife Walks – this one visiting St Chad’s Water and Church.
Meet at 6:00pm in the church car park on Wilne Lane, DE72 3QH for a walk around the lake and a tour of the church, led by Joan Breakwell (lake) and Pamela Mee (church).
Please war waterproof footwear and clothing. Walks are on muddy and uneven ground. Events may be weather dependent. Please check the event is going ahead as necessary by contacting Joan on 07527 007280 or e-mail lensnaturalhistory @ gmail.com.
The cost to take part is £2.50 for visitors but £15 covers all talks throughout the year.
Annual membership at £25 covers all meetings except those defined as ‘specials’.
