Long Eaton Royal British Legion branch – service to commemorate Merchant Navy Day (3rd September)

The Long Eaton branch of the Royal British Legion are holding a small service on the 3rd September to commemorate the anniversary of Merchant Navy Day.

Firstly, a flag raising ceremony will take place outside the Town Hall at 10:30am followed by a small service which will be held at The War Memorial in the Market Place.

All are welcome to attend either part of the commemorative event.
