Ask Alexa to “Open Erewash Sound”

If you use your Amazon Alexa device to listen to Erewash Sound, you may need to re-enable the skill by asking “Alexa, Open Erewash Sound”.

This is due to a change behind the scenes, which means our Alexa Skill has moved and may require you to re-enable it.  You can manually add the Alexa Skill by going to our page in the store.

Once you have re-enabled the skill, you can simply ask “Alexa, Play Erewash Sound” once again.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but you should only need to do this once for your Alexa account, you shouldn’t need to do this for every device if you have more than one.
