Police officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood team are investigating an incident relating to shop thefts from the Tesco supermarket on Rutland Street in the town.
It is thought that the people pictured in a series of CCTV stills may be able to assist with enquiries.
In the images, seen on this page, one shows a man pushing a trolley, wearing a black cap, black jumper with a round Boss logo on it,and dark trousers, and alongside him a woman wearing a dark padded jacket, buttoned to the neck, with dark swept back hair and with a dark coloured handbag across her body and hanging to her right hand side.
Other photos picture another woman with dark swept back hair and what appears to be a leopard-skin style handbag strap across her body, with another showing a man with a thick black padded jacket, dark trousers and brown or red shoes
Another series of photographs shows a man in a brown jacket with white wool trim. He has dark black bushy hair, a beard, dark trousers and shoes.
