The Long Eaton and District Natural History Society are staging another Wildlife Walk on Saturday 27th July 2024 with a visit to Coombsdale.
To take part, meet at 10:30am at the children's playing field car park between Calver and Stoney Middleton on the A623 – SK75055 23544 – for a two to three mild walk through the dale led by Marion Bryce.
Paths are on muddy and uneven ground so suitable footwear is recommended. Cost: £1.50 for LENS members and £2.50 for guests. For more information, contact Joan Breakwell on 07527 007280.
