Long Eaton Self Help Group

Would you be interested in joining a friendly social support group?

The Long Eaton Self Help Group is for anyone who is feeling isolated, stressed or experiencing difficulties with anxiety and other mental health related issues.

It is held at St. John's Church Hall in Long Eaton on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 12 noon.

This is a new group offering empathy and understanding along with a space to listen, talk and meet new friends.
