Long Eaton Self Help Group: meeting each Tuesday

Would you be interested in joining a friendly social support group?  The Long Eaton Self Help Group is for anyone who is feeling isolated, stressed or experiencing difficulties with anxiety and other mental health related issues.

The group meets on Tuesdays at St. John's Church Hall, Long Eaton from 11:30am to 1:30pm and seeks to offer empathy and understanding along with a space to listen, talk and meet new friends.
