Northern, which runs services through Ilkeston Railway Station has reminded its passengers of the possible impact of a new timetable from Sunday 2nd June 2024.
The new rail operating schedule which was announced earlier in May, will see Northern continue to operate nearly 2,500 services a day to more than 500 stations across the North of England but with some revisions so passengers are being urged to check before they travel, particularly for those travelling towards the North of the UK.
Matt Rice, chief operating officer at Northern, said: “The vast majority of services are unaffected by the change, but there are a small number of services that have been re-timed."
