Police officers from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team have issued an appeal after receiving a report that a man had been assaulted in the town.
The incident occurred in Fulwood Drive at around 3pm on Saturday 12th October when the victim, a man in his 20s, suffered minor injuries.
He described the alleged attacker as being black, around 5ft 10in tall, wearing all black clothing and a black face covering.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone with any CCTV or dash-cam footage from the area from around the time of incident and from those who may otherwise be able to give information.
