The Friends of Bennerley Viaduct – work parties

The Friends of Bennerley Viaduct have announced details of forthcoming Summer work parties which seek to continue with activities to look after the recently restored landmark and surrounding areas.

The next work parties are on Tuesday 14th June and Thursday 30th June from 11:00am to 4:00pm but with the opportunity to stay as long as you like. 

Work parties are a great chance to get outside in the fresh air and help keep the viaduct looking beautiful. 

Volunteers are doing an amazing job managing the habitats underneath the Iron Giant, plus helping visitors by making paths, clearing invasive brush and lots more.

You don't need experience, all welcome, but just let someone know if you're planning on joining in.
