The future of planning matters in Breadsall is clear after Polling Day votes

The future of planning decisions in Breadsall has been shaped after polling day votes on May 4th led to an emphatic result on the following day when those votes were counted.  

Residents of the village were asked to give their view on a Neighbourhood Plan – specifically whether they wanted Erewash Borough Council to use that plan for Breadsall Parish to help it decide on planning applications.  256 people or 91.7% voted yes, whilst 8.3% – 23 people, voted against the proposal.
