The Long Eaton and District Talking Newspaper produces a fortnightly Audio Newspaper.   It is packed with news and information plus articles from well known magazines

Officials record them on to memory sticks that are sent out on free-of-charge to anyone who is blind or partially sighted within the area – Ilkeston in the north to Castle Donington in the South, Borrowash in the west and Beeston in the east.

A simple memory stick player is given free to every listener.
