Two borough sites listed as county council invests £4.5m in Derbyshire schools

Two schools in Erewash have been included in a list of schools across Derbyshire which are set to receive a share of £4.5m towards the cost of creating more space and making the learning environment better for students. A total of 18 schools will receive a cash injection from Derbyshire County Council towards on-going or new projects to modernise or expand following decisions made by Cabinet. Each year there are 20,000 electrical fires in UK homes. Most are caused by electrical products through misuse, unnoticed damage, and low-quality items. Forth bridge firm builds new crossing over canal

Action needed on business rates says Chamber after rise in firms reporting concern
