Breaston Repair Cafe

Bring your household items in need of repair and a team of volunteers will work on fixing them in return for a small donation.

All donations go directly into running this non-profit community led group which is run with the hope of inspiring the village community to extend the life of everyday items through repair and recycling, to reduce waste and foster a culture of reuse by offering space for skill-sharing and repair.

• Does your bike need repairing?
• Perhaps you have a small electrical item that has stopped working.
• Does a scout badge need sewing on to uniform?
• Have you got clothing that needs mending or has buttons missing?
• Are there tools in your tool box that need sharpening?
• Is that timepiece in need of some TLC to get it running again?
• Do you have some jigsaws to swap?
• Fancy a cake and a cuppa?

There is also a reuse and recycle centre for empty pill packets, toothbrushes, empty toothpaste tubes and unwanted cables.
