Have you ever thought about having a go at Yoga, but have been put off because you don't think you could get down on a mat? Ilkeston United Reformed Church officials have the solution to the problem - Chair Yoga!
For this, you don't need to get down on a mat and can, instead, do so many of the gentle exercises from a chair.
Chair Yoga sessions are held every Wednesday at 2pm at the Church on Wharncliffe Road. It is a lovely, friendly group which includes having lots of fun. Sessions cost £7 each and you can enter the church by the back door off St. Andrew's Drive.
