Free Nordic Walking sessions are being held over the course of August and September from The Pod on Summerfields Way in Ilkeston (DE7 9JJ).

Rather than walking with upright sticks, nordic walking poles are light-weight and are used with your arms hanging naturally. It offers a great upper and lower body work-out with lots of health benefits.
If you can walk unsupported, then Nordic Walking is for YOU!
Corinna, your host, will provide the poles. Please wear footwear with closed toes, i.e., no open sandals or flip-flops.
Sessions will be held on the following Mondays from 12:30pm to 1:15pm or 6:00pm to 7:15pm.
