Fibro Active are staging new year Tai Chi and Qigong Classes, starting in January 2025 and registration is now open.

Sessions will be held at the Petersham Community Hall on Grasmere Road, Long Eaton NG10 4DZ. Although there is parking, the venue is also on a bus route and junction 25 of the M1 is just two minutes away.

Mondays: 1:30pm to 3:30pm: Yang style tai-chi and qi-gong with refreshments included £8 for 2 hours or £6 for 1 hour.
Tuesdays: 9:30am to 10:30am: Sun 73 and qi-gong - £6
Thursdays: 10:00am to 12noon: Beginners Sun style tai-chi and qi-gong with refreshments included - £4
