'Head for the Wild' Family Fun Day: Saturday 24th May

'Head for the Wild' is a group of men who have completed various challenges to raise money for different charities that they believe help make a difference.
This year, they are biking 1,000km along the Western Front to raise money for Rock2Recovery which helps members of the Armed Forces, Veterans and Emergency Service Workers.
The last two challenges have raised £5,000 for Mind Derbyshire.
To help raise funds for their latest venture, a Family Fun Day is being staged at Shipley Parish Hall on Saturday 24th May from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
There will be various different stands to visit with lots of goodies to buy and all proceeds go to the chosen charity.
Attractions include:
- Games and activities
- Cakes and refreshments
- Crafts and face-painting
- a pre-loved sale of books, toys and clothes
- a raffle with lots of prizes ot be won
