New Rotary Club launches for Sawley with Elvis Tribute night

Get ready for an unforgettable evening on Friday 16th August as our friends at The Rotary Club of Sawley officially launch the new club, where fun, music, and community spirit come together in perfect harmony. 

Their grand opening is taking place on a special night – the 47th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s passing.

The club president, a devoted Elvis fan, has orchestrated an event that promises to be a celebration of not only the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll but also the incredible charitable legacy he left behind.

Their mission is to bring people together through engaging events and to support local and global causes that matter. It is all about putting the fun into fundraising. 

Whether you're an Elvis enthusiast, a music lover, or someone who wants to contribute to meaningful charitable work, The Rotary Club of Sawley launch night promises something for everyone.

A Tribute to Elvis by Jason Ashton, followed by a party set and a buffet on Friday 16th August is at The Soldiers and Sailors Club in Sawley. 

Tickets, (including unreserved seating) which were priced at £10.00 have now sold out but a ticket waiting list is available for the event.  Doors open at 6:45pm with the show starting at 7:30pm.
