If you can walk unsupported, then Nordic Walking is for you, with forthcoming sessions coming up in and around Cotmanhay and Ilkeston. It is a great way to burn calories and shake off stress and it is totally FREE!
Booking is essential in order to guarantee there are enough walking poles for everyone.
