RENEW Well-being sessions in Breaston offer a quiet shared space where it is OK to not be OK.
The Wellbeing Cafe is held at St. Michael's Church every Thursday from 10:00am to 12noon for the opportunity to relax, chat and enjoy some peace in a quiet area and perhaps share a hobby..
The sessions are run by the community for the community and all are welcome. Simple refreshments are on offer at the site on Main Street in Breaston (DE72 3DX).
