Qualified swim coaches will be offering FREE 'Swim Safe' sessions at the Spring Lakes Water Park in Long Eaton over the half term period between 24th May and 1st June.

These one-hour sessions (beginning at 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00noon daily) are specifically designed for 7 to 14 year olds to learn how to stay safe in and around open water.
Water-based activities will be fun and practical. Every child will earn a 'Swim Safe' certificate, swim hat and a badge at the end.
Whether it is their first time in open water, or they are already a confident swimmer, 'Swim Safe' helps build essential life-saving skills in a fun, safe environment.
