Talk of the borough - Erewash Borough Council asks about communication

Erewash Borough Council officials are committed to making sure communication is a two-way street by speaking your language and using the platforms that work best for you. 

To do this, they are asking about a couple of topics like how you currently get information about the authority, and about the quality and accessibility of information available to you. 

Make sure to share your thoughts in the short survey before 5.00pm on Friday 14th November 2025.

This isn't just a survey; it's a chance to help shape the future of how the borough council connects with the community. Your feedback will help to improve everything from their website and social media to newsletters and local outreach.

Erewash Borough Council’s Leader, Councillor James Dawson who is the Lead Member for Strategic Policy, said: “We're not just listening, we're ready to act. This is your opportunity to tell us what's working, what's not, and what you'd like to see more of. It only takes a few minutes, but your input will have a lasting impact on how we serve you.
