13/07/2020: New water safety signs in memory of Owen Jenkins have been placed at sites across Long Eaton and at Beeston Weir as a part of a joint water safety campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of open water. 
09/07/2020: The Volunteer Centre at Erewash Voluntary Action have been busy helping people in the borough during lockdown who may not be able to access shopping or medications from chemists.
