Inspiring women in construction roles – Jilly and Ian from Hodgkinson Builders

With Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day featuring in March, 21-year-old Jilly Rapley has shared her story with Paul Stacey of starting a role in the construction industry.

She was joined by Managing Director of Hodgkinson Builders Ian Hodgkinson, who spoke of the career opportunities and training available in construction.
