Raising awareness of the impact of diet and exercise on diabetes – Steve from PECS Fitness and Gareth from All Bases Covered

Steve Edwards from PECS Fitness gym spoke to Paul Stacey about a diabetes information event being held at Long Eaton’s Tesco store on 17th and 18th January. Gareth Davis from All Bases Covered also spoke on the impact of diet and exercise in preventing and managing type 2 diabetes.
