Lazy Sunday

Sunday mornings present a great opportunity to take it easy, so put the kettle on, get out the biscuits or chocolates, relax and indulge yourself in a Lazy Sunday.

Ian Perry is your host, helping you to make the best of Sunday mornings and take it easy with a good cuppa, the Sunday newspapers, and do as little as possible for at least three hours! For those working, it's a case of kettle on more often and enforced breaks from the daily grind!

Each week, Ian brings you all the regular features including:

10:30 The Word On Health: Paul Pennington reports on health matters affecting the nation.

10:45: 2Hits2Who: Clues from 10am leading to two tracks back to back from an artist you may well have forgotten about.

11:10: The Giving Lottery: details from the Saturday evening draw.  (Our Sportswrap will return as soon as possible)

11:30: Bond Hit Wonders: Marking the 25th James Bond film 'No Time To Die', we're working our way up from Dr. No with a different Bond film theme every week..

11:45: First To Last: we play the first and last commercial Top 40 chart hits for a band, group or solo artist, often from across the decades.

12:10: Our Cinema Guide for the Ilkeston Scala will return here as soon as possible.

12:20: Collaborations: two great artists, one great song.  We celebrate the results of duetting artists from across the decades.

12:30: Numbers Up!: We started at zero and we're gradually working our way through song titles featuring numbers.  Where will we be this weekend and can you identify the song title to feature?

12:40: The Treetops Hospice Care Lottery Results for this week.  Have you won £1,000, £100, the rollover or perhaps something else?

12:56: Got It Covered: The winner - either an original or a cover version of the same song, gets played before the news.  Vote throughout the show until 12:45pm on social media, e-mail or text to influence the result!

...and we'll throw in plenty of local news and information and of course, great songs, JUST for Erewash.
