A 100-year old former Derbyshire club is set to be demolished and replaced with a three-storey block of flats, but is set to come without any parking. Erewash flats flood risk

A developer which had scrapped flat plans in a Derbyshire town’s highest risk flood zone has got the scheme back on the table and it is now set for approval.
