Closure notice served on Ilkeston property
Officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood Team have issued a full closure order at a property at Jackson Avenue in the town. A closure order is a power Police use under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and it is used to shut down properties that are linked to persistent anti-social behaviour or serious crime.
