Have you ever wondered how our team got into local radio?  Maybe you’ve wondered what it would be like if you worked in local radio too? Discover volunteering opportunities with Erewash Sound. Find out more about our not-for-profit social enterprise and the different roles available.

We are welcoming applications for new volunteer team members for several roles here at Erewash Sound radio station.  No experience is necessary, as all relevant training is provided.  You simply need to be a people person, a team player, and have a few hours to spare each month.

Broadcasting roles include:

• Presenters
• Producers
• Newsreaders
• Travel news reporters

Behind the scenes roles include:

• Event organisation
• Fundraising
• Social media
• Graphic design
• Technical (audio and IT)
• Sales and marketing
• Administration
