Helen Purcell sits in for Sally Peacock to celebrate two incredible local Erewash business women who are are both finalists at this year’s Enterprising Women Awards hosted by The East Midlands Chamber on 26th September 2025 in Leicestershire.

Nicola Chambers is a Financial Director at Dales Fabrications. She is in the running for ‘Developing Leader’ award. Charlie Dean – managing director from Ilkeston-based Catering24 is also in conversation with Helen who gets candid about work, family and priorities and being in the running for ‘Business Woman of the Year’.
