In this episode we are revisiting a story we recorded in 2024 when Adam Young first set up his business Kitchen HQ so we are starting with the original recording. Adam’s passion is healthy, nutritious, convenient food and he wants to disrupt the lunch deals offered by certain well know chains. 

In this first part we get into what drives him and how he got started. In our second conversation freshly recorded we are talking about the reality of being in business in today’s economy, especially the food business, taxes, cost of goods and profit margins.
