A major new survey has launched in a bid to understand lived experiences of sexual harassment and other gender crimes across Derbyshire. UK children’s charity Over The Wall Camp is seeking professional photographers to volunteer just a few hours this summer to help capture the magic and mischief of camp. Parents across Derbyshire find out about their child’s secondary school place for September today (Monday 2nd March). The county council has made offers of places to just under 9,000 Derbyshire children on what is called National Offer Day Of those parents who applied by the closing date 94.8% per cent have been offered their first preference school. A gym at one of Erewash Borough Council’s leisure centres has been beefed up at a cost of over £60,000 with state-of-the art cardio equipment – featuring “immersive on-demand workouts” and an app that can be downloaded to track fitness levels.
